As a founding member of Premium Financial Services Group, Filepe had commenced his banking career in 1987 with the National Australia Bank (NAB).
Throughout his time with the NAB, Filepe held various positions including International & Trade Finance, Business Banking and Executive Banking roles.
In 1998 Filepe was chosen by the General Manager of Private Banking to be a core team member tasked with re-imagining the Private Bank Global offering for the group. As a high achiever and always seeking to serve his clients with positive outcomes, Filepe was keen to contribute.
Beyond this, Filepe’s role evolved in taking up a Position of Private Bank Manager. In this role, a new portfolio of clients was quickly established.
Clients ranged from high net worth clients, family groups based in Melbourne and Sydney. This portfolio was also inclusive of both local and overseas expats.
Filepe was also one of the founding members of Homestar Finance in 2004.
Premium Financial Services Group was created to provide a service offering that filled the gap that Private Bank clients often seek:
– A direct key relationship with financier
– A whole gamut of funding options & solutions
– Experienced financiers with commercial experience

Andrew Donaldson B.Sc, LLB (Hons), LLM, Dip.L.Prac is a former lawyer with a specialist background in property finance. Andrew founded Premium Financial Services Group in 1998 and is also a co-founder of HomeStar non-bank Lender of the year 2008, 2009 & 2010. With more than 20 years experience in the mortgage industry Andrew is an industry specialist with excellent product knowledge, significant market networks and a highly personable manner.
