Premium Financial Services Group Customer Charter has been developed so that we can be completely transparent in our dealings. In this regard we have developed a number of documents, agreements and processes for our customers.

National Finance Broking Agreement and Appointment to Act
This document is provided to you after our initial consultation. It divided into three parts:
Part 1 – Sets out information about you and the loan you require
Part 2 – Provides information about us and the services we provide to you including; nature and range of services, list of panel lenders, fees payable by you (if any) and how we are paid
Part 3 – Informs you about how we can deal with your personal and credit information

After you have read this document both parties sign it, we provide you with a copy and keep a copy for our records.

Professional Code of Conduct
Premium Financial Service Group members must adhere to professional conduct standards:
1. Comply with all applicable laws
2. Maintain appropriate and relevant training standards
3. Hold adequate professional indemnity insurance
4. Arrange appropriate finance for customers
5. Act promptly and properly in relation to the management of finance applications
6. Disclose commissions and other benefits
7. Maintain Internal Dispute Resolutions processes and membership with an External Dispute Resolution Scheme (AFCA)
8. Consider hardship applications submitted by customers in a timely and appropriately detailed manner
